A customer success manager for every customer you have.

Amvio lives inside your product. It onboards new customers, gets them using what they paid for, and keeps them succeeding all the way to renewal — for every one of them, not the forty your team can call.

Why did my import fail↵ ask
Your file has US dates — the importer wants ISO. I've fixed the 312 rows and rerun the import. It's done; here's what changed.

Nobody at your company was awake. She was three failed imports from cancelling, and now she isn't — and four things your roadmap didn't know yesterday are written down.

01

Onboards every new customer

From the first login, inside your product, at the moment they are actually in it — not in an email sequence nobody opens.

every signup, day one
no call to book
nobody from your team
02

Gets them actually using it

It sees what a customer has never opened, and goes and shows them the part they are paying for.

spots what went unused
teaches it in context
follows up until it sticks
03

Clears whatever blocks them

It answers, corrects the file and reruns the job itself. A seller was hours from losing 340 listings before a sale to one undocumented field. Amvio fixed it at 2am.

340 listings saved
fixed, not forwarded
2am, nobody paged
04

Keeps them through renewal

Not a health score you read afterwards. It hears the sentence where a customer starts to leave, and acts on it that day.

acts the same day
renewal, not post-mortem
Their side

Day four of a trial, and nobody to ask.

I've looked everywhere for SSO. Do I have to book a call with someone?
It's under Settings → Security, not Team — that trips most people up. You'll need your IdP metadata URL. Shall I walk you through it?
yes please
You're live. I'll note that you're on Okta, so the next admin here gets the short version.

She was four days into a trial. She never wrote in, and she didn't quietly disappear on day five.

Your side

Everything Amvio did about it.

doc gapno page covers SAML — asked 43× this quarter, draft written
learnedadmins look for SSO under Team, not Security
churn6 trials stalled here last week — Amvio has reached all 6
accounttrial day 4 — SSO configured, Okta, still live
personpriya — admin, prefers doing it herself, now can

None of this waited for you. The trial was saved on Thursday night; on Monday you find out it happened, and that the page explaining it has already been drafted.

What it has learned

How your product actually behaves, kept current and dropped the moment it stops being true.

People

Not "user_8842." Maria — and where she left off in September.

It gets better at your product every week it runs.

day one

It has read every page of your documentation.

One line of code. No SDK, no integrations.

month three

It is onboarding every new customer without you.

8,900 conversations. Every signup met on day one.

month six

Your renewals stop being a surprise.

It has been working the accounts nobody was assigned to.

month twelve

It knows how your product is actually used.

40,212 conversations, and a year of what your customers needed.

Install

It takes an afternoon. Then it runs on its own.

01

Point it at your docs.

It reads all of them.

02

Walk it through your product once.

Talk while you click. It watches once and remembers.

03

Paste one line of code.

No SDK. No integrations. No engineering sprint.

Security

Five things we will not do with what your customers tell us.

01

We will not train anything on your data.

Your workspace is sealed. What Amvio learns about your product never reaches another customer's answers.

02

We will not store what we shouldn't have seen.

Card numbers, IDs, tokens and your own patterns are redacted from the screen and the transcript before anything is written.

03

We will not move your data across regions.

EU or US, chosen at setup, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never relocated.

04

We will not keep it after you say delete.

Remove a person and every transcript, note and signal derived from them goes too. Retention is yours to set.

05

And we will not invent an answer. Every reply is grounded in your documentation or your product, with the source attached. When it genuinely cannot know something, it says so plainly rather than guessing — and tells you what it needed.

In-product customer success

Onboards every customer, drives their adoption, clears what blocks them and carries them to renewal — inside your product, with nobody from your team. And post-sales is where this starts, not where it stops: you win the customers, Amvio runs everything that happens after.

In three years there will be a grid with a dozen logos on it. Today the whole category is one product, and you can be running it before your competitors know it exists.

Questions

Ask the thing you'd ask on the call.

Do you train on our data↵ ask
No. Your workspace is sealed — what Amvio learns about your product never reaches another customer's answers, and nothing you give it is used to train a shared model.

or one of these

Do I need engineering to install it?

One script tag. If you can add Google Analytics, you can add Amvio — the whole setup is an afternoon.

What about sensitive data on screen?

Card numbers, IDs and your own patterns are redacted before anything is stored. Your customer can pause it mid-sentence.

Does it actually do things, or just answer?

It does the work: fixes files, reruns jobs, configures settings, walks people through setup. It acts inside limits you set, and only genuinely irreversible or financial actions need you.

What happens if we leave?

You export all of it — transcripts, people, what it learned. The asset is yours, not ours.

What if it doesn't know?

It says so plainly instead of guessing, records what it was missing, and that gap is filled so the next customer gets an answer.

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions about your product. Amvio manages the customer using it — onboarding them, driving adoption, and keeping them to renewal.

This is the same thing your customers get, pointed at our documentation instead of yours.

Your customers are about to have someone.
