▸Do you train on our data↵ ask
No. Your workspace is sealed — what Amvio learns about your product never reaches another customer's answers, and nothing you give it is used to train a shared model.

Do I need engineering to install it?
One script tag. If you can add Google Analytics, you can add Amvio — the whole setup is an afternoon.
What about sensitive data on screen?
Card numbers, IDs and your own patterns are redacted before anything is stored. Your customer can pause it mid-sentence.
Does it actually do things, or just answer?
It does the work: fixes files, reruns jobs, configures settings, walks people through setup. It acts inside limits you set, and only genuinely irreversible or financial actions need you.
What happens if we leave?
You export all of it — transcripts, people, what it learned. The asset is yours, not ours.
What if it doesn't know?
It says so plainly instead of guessing, records what it was missing, and that gap is filled so the next customer gets an answer.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions about your product. Amvio manages the customer using it — onboarding them, driving adoption, and keeping them to renewal.
This is the same thing your customers get, pointed at our documentation instead of yours.
